EAGLE, Idaho (CBS2) — A local bunny rabbit shelter in Eagle is struggling to care for a large number of bunnies that are being dropped off on their doorstep. “People need to realize that these bunnies are pets now, they are not just something you put out in a pen and ignore," Misty Gillum, a volunteer at Remembering Ruby Rabbit Rescue Shelter said.

TAMPA, Fla. — Eutelsat said Aug. 7 it is partnering with a regional satellite operator in Thailand to order a high throughput geostationary telecoms spacecraft over Asia.
The French fleet operator’s Asia subsidiary has agreed to lease half the capacity on the satellite over its lifetime from Space Tech Innovation Limited, which is controlled by Thailand’s Thaicom and is procuring the spacecraft.

WASHINGTON — Google announced Jan. 21 it is shutting down Loon, a venture to provide wireless connectivity by balloon that has been seen as both complementary to and competitive with satellite networks.
In a blog post, Astro Teller, head of X, the advanced projects or “moonshot factory” division of Google parent company Alphabet, announced that Loon will wind down operations in the next several months.
